I remember him from the Barney special Imagination Island but I know he was on another one as well. Totally for got about the whole thinking cap thing! I remember he was trying to make a balloon maker machine and the asshole wouldn`t let anyone touch his toys ahahaha until the end where he learned to share and they used his balloons to get Barney`s ship to sail through the sky loool.

I`m totally going to follow everyone who knew who he was ;)
